Each item is created on demand, featuring artwork by African artists.

• Because of this, we only accept returns for specific issues.

When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements if:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

• There is a clear printing or production issue

• The order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

• To file a claim, please email {{your email}} within 14 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

• Your description of the problem

• We will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect size or fit ordered

• Change of mind

• Minor colour or print variations due to digital screens

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered

• These are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase:
